While consideration is being given to aligning the rest of the United Kingdom and consultation has been carried out—a concession not afforded to anyone in Northern Ireland—what are the problems that will arise? Even if we end up in a situation of alignment at some point in the future, there is no guarantee that it will be across every aspect of the contents of these regulations in any case, because the noble Lord—I listened very carefully—talked about starting with tumble dryers. When will there be consultations on the other products and when will those products be aligned in relation to the matters contained in the regulations?
