Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2025Contribution
That is a pretty clear statement. Basically, the Government’s position is that we are subject to EU law in this area and, whether it is good or bad, whatever the effect, we intend to follow it.
