Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2025Contribution
On the key issues that we face tonight, I have some sympathy for the concerns expressed by the noble Baroness, Lady Hoey, and the noble Lord, Lord Dodds. I do not accept his view that we face a world where dynamic alignment is now back on the cards simply because the Windsor Framework no longer applies on this subject. The Windsor Framework, which this Government have fully backed, states quite clearly:
