I was talking to a trader some time back. He had arrived in Northern Ireland with about £30,000-worth of goods, but his lorry was within an inch of being impounded because there was a simple, small document that was not clear. He said, “I went on my hands and knees and begged for that load to get through because it was so vital to my business”. Those are things that are happening, but that seems to be okay—or maybe it seems that we are exaggerating.
