71: After Clause 1, insert the following new Clause— “Timeline for the next stage of reform of the House of LordsThe Secretary of State must, within six months of the day on which this Act is passed, set out a timetable outlining additional reforms to the composition of the House of Lords during the Parliament in which this Act is passed.”Member's explanatory statement This new clause requires the Secretary of State to promptly publish the next stages of reform to the House of Lords.
