49: Clause 49, page 40, line 27, leave out from “to” to end of line 28 and insert— “(a) any emblem or crest of a relevant team operated by the club, or(b) the predominant home shirt colours of such a team,”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment adds a reference to a team’s “emblem” alongside “crest”, to avoid confusion with the heraldic use of the term “crest”.
