66: Clause 60, page 50, line 6, at end insert— “(6A) The IFR must extend the period in subsection (6)(b)—(a) if requested in writing to do so by the mediator, and(b) by such period as is set out in the request, which may be up to a further 28 days.(6B) The period in subsection (6)(b) may only be extended once.” Member's explanatory statement This amendment requires the IFR to extend the mediation period by up to a further 28 days if requested to do so by the mediator.
