Shaffaq Mohammed, MBE, having been created Baron Mohammed of Tinsley, of Sheffield in the County of South Yorkshire, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Baroness Benjamin and Lord Allan of Hallam, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
