11: Schedule 2, page 91, line 3, at end insert— “Declaration and registration of interests of members of the Expert Panel 23A (1) The IFR must establish and maintain a system for the declaration and registration of relevant interests of members of the Expert Panel.(2) In this paragraph “relevant interest”, in relation to a member of the Expert Panel, means a financial or other interest that may be relevant to the IFR’s exercise of its functions under this Act.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment requires the IFR to establish and maintain a system for the declaration and registration of relevant interests of members of the Expert Panel.
