38: Clause 5, page 6, line 8, at end insert— “(3A) The Secretary of State may not use any powers under this Act to remove or disapply the use of the pint as a unit of measurement for alcoholic beverages sold or marketed in the United Kingdom.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment ensures that the pint remains an accepted unit of measurement for alcoholic beverages.
