Dinah Elizabeth Caine, CBE, having been created Baroness Caine of Kentish Town, of Kentish Town in the London Borough of Camden, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Baroness Morris of Yardley and Lord Stevenson of Balmacara, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
