Marvin Johnathan Rees, OBE, having been created Lord Rees of Easton, of St Pauls in the City of Bristol, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Boateng and Lord Woolley of Woodford, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
