1: After Clause 1, insert the following new Clause—
“ObjectivesGreat British Energy’s objectives are—(a) to reduce energy costs in the United Kingdom in a sustainable way,(b) to enhance the United Kingdom’s energy security,(c) to increase the levels of clean energy generation in the United Kingdom, and(d) to increase the availability of long-term energy storage infrastructure in the United Kingdom.”
