31: Clause 5, page 3, line 20, leave out from “must” to “in” in line 21 and insert “not, without the consent of the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland, include” Member's explanatory statement This amendment, and my amendment at page 3, line 22, provide that the Secretary of State must not, without the consent of the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland, include in a statement of strategic priorities anything which concerns a matter provision about which meets the conditions in subsection (6)(a) and (b).
