85: Clause 45, page 23, line 5, at end insert— “(1A) The Secretary of State may by regulations amend this Part for the purpose of extending to filters any provision made by sections 7 to 9 in relation to a relevant oral tobacco product.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment allows the Secretary of State to ban the manufacture, sale or possession with intent to supply of filters.
