Mary Winefride Bousted, having been created Baroness Bousted, of Bleasdale in the County of Lancashire, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Knight of Weymouth and Baroness O’Grady of Upper Holloway, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
