117: Clause 85, page 48, line 9, at end insert— “(1A) The Department may by regulations amend this Part for the purpose of extending to filters any provision made by Articles 4E to 4G in relation to a relevant oral tobacco product.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment allows the Department to ban the manufacture, sale or possession with intent to supply of filters.
