I know the Minister does not like giving information or answering questions in detail, but I am going to have a go anyway. Can he tell the Committee how many private sector public authorities are denied access to the employment allowance? On an earlier day of Committee, my noble friend Lady Neville-Rolfe asked for information about the costings of the employment allowance for public authorities, but she got an answer to a different question so I reiterate her request for the Minister to provide information on this.
