I turn to Amendment 69. I have been in this Room and in the Chamber many times and have seen the increasing success, led particularly by Peers for the Planet—I declare that I am a member of its advisory committee—with which we have managed to insert into Bills that consideration has to be given to climate and nature impacts, particularly in financial Bills. That is increasingly something that your Lordships’ House has secured time and again. Yet, with two successive Governments, we are still having to put that in ourselves; it is not happening automatically. Surely, we are now at the point where it should be happening automatically.
