This Government like a consultation. In a previous group, the Minister said that we would be wise to consult, and I agree. It might be of interest to digress briefly to note that, as of 28 January of this year, the Minister’s colleague, the noble Lord, Lord Leong, informed me via letter that there were 81 consultations ongoing across government departments. I do not think it would be onerous to add one or two more.
