Finally, I shall speak briefly to government Amendment 200. This is a minor and technical amendment to address a drafting inconsistency in Clause 144 relating to the persons responsible for signs in heated tobacco-free premises in Scotland. It aligns the wording with that used in the equivalent provisions for smoke-free and vape-free places in Scotland. I hope that noble Lords will feel able to support this government amendment and that the noble Earl, Lord Howe, will see fit to withdraw the amendment.
