282: Schedule 11, page 324, line 28, at end insert— “(2A) In subsection (3), at the end insert “, or as a person with whom it is shared”.” Member's explanatory statement This amendment ensures that the provider of an internet service by means of which a photograph or film is shared is not regarded as a person with whom it is shared for the purposes of the offence in section 66AD of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (inserted by my amendment to Schedule 11, page 324, line 13).
