Copy of a photograph or film to which the offence relates”

Member's explanatory statement This amendment enables a deprivation order under section 177DA of the Armed Forces Act 2006 to be made in respect of a copy the creation of which is an offence under new section 66AD of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (inserted by my amendment to Schedule 11, page 324, line 13).
