Caroline Nokes

Conservative — Romsey and Southampton North

Speaking in the House of Commons on 8 January 2025

Debate

Trial of Lucy Letby

Contribution

Before I call the Whip to move the motion for the Adjournment, I remind the House that although there are currently no live proceedings before the courts, there is still the potential for further civil or criminal proceedings. Members will therefore wish to take care to avoid saying anything that could prejudice any case that might come before the courts in future. Motion made, and Question proposed, That this House do now adjourn.—(Christian Wakeford.)
