Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill

I also have a question to the Minister. The Equality and Human Rights Commission found in 2020 that video hearings can significantly impede communication for people with a learning disability or people who are autistic. What assessment has been made of the equality implications of allowing evidence to be given to the panel by video or audio link?
