Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
The Royal College of Psychiatrists was not consulted on the panel. We have to be very clear whether it is operating to a balance of probabilities. What if the individual wants a family member there, and the family member does not want to be there? We have to look more deeply at the standard of investigatory knowledge that is required.
