On community benefits, I agree with the point the noble Lord, Lord Fuller, made. The clean power action plan mentions community benefits, and we are seriously looking at this, because I very much take the point. It really relates to community energy power as well, in terms of trying to get more community support for what we seek to do. I accept that, for some communities, this is a big ask. I do not think we can run away from that. Equally, some pretty hard choices are going to have to be made regarding our energy infrastructure.
