51: Clause 5, page 3, line 8, at end insert— “(1A) The Secretary of State must comply with subsection (1) within the period of six months beginning with the day on which this Act comes into force.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment would introduce a time limit by which the Secretary of State must prepare and publish the statement of strategic priorities.
