52: After Clause 2, insert the following new Clause— “Review of product regulations and supply chains(1) On the day on which this Act is passed, the Secretary of State must initiate a review of all product regulations and standards as they pertain to supply chains.(2) The review must assess how product regulations align with the principles of traceability, transparency and trust.(3) The review must recommend a new supply chain standard to take into account factors including the supply chain of a product’s—(a) environmental impact;(b) transparency and traceability, in real time, of products, financial, trade and legal documents.”
