We have had almost no details on the much-trumpeted “partnership arrangement” with the Crown Estate and do not know how it will work in practice. However, for the purpose of this stand part debate, will the Minister explain how Crown status, which presumably attaches to the Crown Estate but not to Great British Energy, will affect activities under their partnership? Will the partnership itself have Crown status? That seems unclear.
