33: Clause 28, page 30, line 28, at end insert— “(2A) Those rules must include processes for ongoing monitoring of compliance, including but not limited to processes and procedures for monitoring and investigating compliance.(2B) The rules must contain mechanisms for redress for harms caused by compliance failures.(2C) The Secretary of State must establish an independent process for hearing appeals against the findings of compliance investigations.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment specifies additional rules for the trust framework.
