47: After Clause 44, insert the following new Clause— “Cyber-security rules for DVS providers(1) The Secretary of State must prepare and publish a set of cyber-security rules for Digital Verification Service providers.(2) Rules under subsection (1) must be reviewed at least annually, and any updates to the rules must be published at least 28 days before they come into force.”Member’s explanatory statement This is a probing amendment on the cyber-security measures expected of Digital Verification Services providers.
