The intent of the Bill is to enable requirements to be introduced, tailored and updated appropriately to reflect the range of relevant supply chain actors and their activities—now and in the future. Clause 2(3) is therefore sufficiently broad to enable requirements to be introduced via the Bill’s powers on persons
