38: Clause 2, page 3, line 37, at end insert— “(7A) Provision made in reliance on subsection (1) may (among other things) identify product requirements by reference to international agreements or standards relating to the marketing or use of products, including agreements or standards as they have effect from time to time.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment would enable product requirements to by met by reference to international standards.
