These amendments are a start towards disincentivising people from doing that if they believe that they may end up facing the bill for the clear-up. They are a start, and there is a lot more that needs to be done, but I hope that the Government will get behind this, because it is to do with rural crime, pollution, gangs and so many areas in which they claim to be very interested. I hope that the Minister will help me with this.
