26: Clause 24, page 27, line 12, at end insert— “(6) The Secretary of State may revise any guidance issued under this section.(7) Subject to subsection (8), subsections (3) to (5) have effect in relation to any revised guidance.(8) Subsections (3) to (4B) do not apply to revised guidance if the Secretary of State considers that the revisions are not substantial.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment is consequential on my amendment at clause 24, page 27, line 8.
