29: Clause 2, page 5, line 33, at end insert— ““chief executive” , in relation to an undertaker, means an employee of the undertaker who, alone or jointly with one or more others, is responsible under the immediate authority of the board of directors for the conduct of the whole of the business of the undertaker;”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment defines “chief executive” for the purpose of the Minister’s amendments at page 5, line 29 and page 6, line 1.
