“With permission, Mr Speaker, I shall make a Statement about rail performance. I welcome the shadow Secretary of State for Transport, the honourable Member for Orpington, Gareth Bacon, to his place. I am sure the Opposition will be interested in what we have to update the House about this afternoon.
