68: Clause 5, page 10, line 4, at end insert— “(6) But an offence is to be regarded for the purposes of this section as committed by a water supply licensee or sewerage licensee only if it is committed by such a licensee in the course of the activities to which its licence relates.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment provides that Clause 5 applies to water supply and sewerage licensees only in relation to their licensed activities.
