Water (Special Measures) Bill [HL]Contribution
This is a clear and simple amendment which I hope will win the support of the Committee. I will listen to the debate with interest and to the Minister’s response. We will reflect on the debate, but I ask the Minister to consider strengthening these provisions. Finally, are there any intentions to further define these measures via statutory instruments?
