Water (Special Measures) Bill [HL]Contribution
Amendments 3, 25 and 27 all seem to stem from a similar concern about the unchecked powers being granted to Ofwat under the Bill as currently drafted. I hope to work constructively with noble Lords across the House and the Minister as we seek to place appropriate checks on Ofwat’s new powers within the Bill.
