Water (Special Measures) Bill [HL]Contribution
On the noble Lord’s references to restructuring and transparency reporting, it might be helpful for us to have further discussions on those particular issues. I hope the noble Lord is therefore reassured that the rules already consider the financial resilience of companies, and therefore that this amendment is unnecessary.
