I turn to Amendment 20 in the name of the noble Baroness, Lady Bakewell of Hardington Mandeville, Amendment 23 in the name of the noble Duke, the Duke of Wellington, and Amendment 100 in the name of the noble Baroness, Lady Jones of Moulsecoomb. The legislation provides Ofwat with the flexibility to determine the detail of the rules on remuneration and governance. As we have heard, that may include customer representation on boards, committees or panels. However, Ofwat will need to undertake a statutory consultation with relevant persons, including the Secretary of State, Welsh Ministers, the Consumer Council for Water and others, before the rules are finalised.
