As I said, the independent commission will carefully consider the roles and responsibilities of the regulators, but in this Bill we cannot pre-empt the commission’s outcomes. I encourage noble Lords to take part in any stakeholder engagement going forward. I thank all noble Lords for their contributions, and I hope that my response has reassured the Committee so that noble Lords feel able not to press their amendments.
