32: After Clause 2, insert the following new Clause— “Report on impact of this Act on the Sovereign GrantThe Secretary of State must, within one year of the passing of this Act and each subsequent year, lay before Parliament a report into the effect of this Act on the size of the Sovereign Grant.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment requires the Secretary of State to review the impact of this Act on the size of the Sovereign Grant.
