Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024Contribution
Today, we heard a bit about possible sentencing, but we have also seen more offenders released from our prisons early. What is the Minister’s reflection on the ability to sentence for drugs misuse in that context?
