Pensions Regulator Defined Benefit Funding Code of Practice 2024Contribution
There is a repeated emphasis throughout this code on giving trustees the flexibility to take or assess investment risk. I have always been under the impression that pension funds took a long-term stance towards investing. Is this a fair assessment of investment attitudes and, if so, does this code comply with this spirit and the high-level guidance?
