Pensions Regulator Defined Benefit Funding Code of Practice 2024Contribution
On 8 October this year, the Government launched a consultation on extending the so-called collective defined contribution provisions—CDCs. What are the Government expecting and hoping will be the result of this consultation? Furthermore, what are the timings and when can we expect the Government’s response to it?
