Before I conclude, I want to place on record my thanks to all those who have made vital contributions to the Bill. In particular, I thank all the right hon. and hon. Members, and noble Lords in the other place, who have engaged with the Bill throughout its passage—it has been strengthened in a number of very important areas by the expertise and insight contributed in both Houses. I thank the shadow Front-Bench teams for their constructive contributions throughout all stages.
