102F: Clause 56, page 118, line 38, at end insert— “(6A) The provision made by virtue of subsection (6)(a) must include provision requiring the adjudicator to have regard to the potential impact of the determination on— (a) the quality of education provided at— (i) the school in question, and (ii) other schools within the relevant area, and (b) the ability to give effect to parental preference for— (i) the school in question, and (ii) other schools within the relevant area.”
